ONLINE PETITION
 

As a result of the announcement this week by Greyhound Canada to cut its services between Winnipeg and Sault Ste Marie, Ontario (see our News Page for more details), we at Caribou Coach want to help out in making sure that bus service along the Trans-Canada Highway continues.  The bus has provided a vital link to the communities in Northwestern Ontario along Highway 17 between Winnipeg, Thunder Bay, and Sault Ste Marie for decades.  People rely on the bus to travel to see family and friends, attend school and medical appointments, and even to ship parcels.  We want the service to continue, and we hope that you do too!  Please review the information below and sign the online petition. 

As part of our efforts in trying to save Scheduled Bus Service between Winnipeg, Thunder Bay, and Sault Ste Marie, we have put together the petition below, which can be completed online.  The petition will then be sent to the Transport Board in support of our proposal for offering Scheduled Services along this corridor.

PETITION FOR SERVICE

We the undersigned hereby lend our support to Caribou Coach Transportation Company Inc. in its application to the Highway Transport Boards in Ontario and Manitoba for the purposes of operating scheduled services between the cities of Winnipeg, Manitoba, Thunder Bay, Ontario, and Sault Ste Marie, Ontario and including the towns and municipalities located along highways 1 & 17 between Winnipeg and Sault Ste Marie.  We the undersigned also request that Greyhound Canada work with Caribou Coach in order to facilitate and assist in developing a seamless transition of services.

This service would include: Regular Scheduled Services including, but not limited to the following municipalities in Ontario and Manitoba: Dryden; Ignace; Kakbeka Falls; Kenora; Marathon; Nipigon; Sault Ste Marie; Schreiber; Terrace Bay; Thunder Bay; Upsala; Vermilion Bay; Wabigoon; Wawa; White River & Winnipeg, Manitoba.
